Our work is built and sustained by people who believe Black and brown communities, especially LGBTQ+ communities, deserve care, dignity, and the resources every human deserves. If that belief is yours too, we’d love for you to volunteer with us.

We are a national, Black trans-led nonprofit running peer-led programs across six focus areas: health and wellness, workforce development, youth programs, trans and gender non-conforming services, civic engagement, and harm reduction. Our volunteers help us extend the reach of every program we run.

When you volunteer with us, you join a community of people committed to building systems for us, by us. You bring your time, your talent, and your presence to work that matters. We provide training, support, and a team that takes care of its people.

Outreach and Community Events
Help us show up where our communities are. Support tabling at health fairs, community events, and outreach efforts across Atlanta, San Francisco, and beyond.

Program Support
Assist with the day-to-day operations of our programs, including check-in, logistics, hospitality, and direct support for participants.

Special Events
Lend your hands to events like the Black Boy Joy Retreat, wellness gatherings, awards programming, and fundraising activities.

Administrative Support
Use your skills behind the scenes. We need help with data entry, communications, social media, photography, and organizational support.

Skills-Based Volunteering
Bring your professional expertise to the foundation. We welcome volunteers with experience in design, writing, legal, financial, healthcare, mental health, education, and other fields.

We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds, identities, and experience levels. Lived experience is valued and respected. You do not need a degree, a particular professional history, or any prior nonprofit experience to volunteer with us. What matters is your commitment to the communities we serve and your willingness to show up.
