Nia Riley serves as Director of Youth Programs, leading direct service delivery for the young people I Am Human serves. She brings expertise in community-based care, youth advocacy, and trauma-informed programming.

Nia manages program design, facilitator training, and day-to-day delivery across youth-focused initiatives. Her work centers Black and brown LGBTQ+ youth and creates spaces where they can show up fully, get the support they need, and grow into their own leadership.

She believes young people are not problems to be solved. They are leaders to be invested in.
