Jordan Wood serves as Director of Youth Volunteer Services for I Am Human Foundation, overseeing the recruitment, training, and coordination of peer volunteers across the foundation’s programs. He started volunteering with I Am Human at the age of 13, and his growth into a leadership role reflects exactly the kind of youth development the foundation exists to create.

He brings a deep commitment to youth leadership and the belief that the people closest to the issues are closest to the solutions. Jordan trains young volunteers in peer support, outreach, and program delivery, building a pipeline of community-grounded leaders.

His work ensures that I Am Human’s programs are delivered by people who reflect and understand the communities being served. For Jordan, volunteer development is leadership development. Every young person who comes through the program is building skills and confidence they will carry into the rest of their lives.
